What is BOOT CAMP F.I.T.?

BOOT CAMP F.I.T. is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 2-4, times weekly, for 45-60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an outdoor environment, utilizing a military-style format, coupled with the most progressive, fun, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness.

Our program is based upon the principles of discipline, motivation, and teamwork! Even though BOOT CAMP F.I.T. is based on a military-style training program, no one will ever embarrass or harass you. This program is about having FUN, motivation, and seeing REAL results!


What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women and men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.  The program is designed so that no matter when you start, you will be able to jump in at your level through modifications of each exercise.  You will motivate and be motivated by others. Most importantly, you will have lots of FUN!

What types of exercises are included in the program?

BOOT CAMP F.I.T. workouts include, but are not limited to, stretching, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, short distance running/walking (about a mile), sports conditioning drills, plyometrics, circuit training, surprises and more!

What days will we meet?

Evening Boot Camp (co-ed) - Meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:15PM to 6:15PM. 

Morning Boot Camp (women only) - Meets every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00am to 9:45am. 

Where do we meet?

Arlington VA (evening camp), Kingstowne Virginia (morning camp). 

What is the monthly cost?

$130/mo - 4 days/wk (morning boot camp only)

$110/mo - 3 days/wk (evening boot camp only)

$75/mo -   2 days/wk (evening boot camp only)

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle, light yoga mat, and your excitement!
